The Fund provides exposure to a mixture of residential, commercial and hospitality investments in the UK, one of the most popular global markets for real estate investment – stable, legally safe and with good supply / demand economics.
Investment is focused on the lucrative activity of providing capital to property developers, sharing in the profits generated by a hand-picked portfolio of the most robust projects.
The fund has been designed specifically to address some of the problems inherent in other project finance products, such as loan notes, private equity and crowdfunding.
With an approved target of 10% per annum, most investments will typically fall in the 12% to 25% annual ROI range. This means that the fund managers can take a prudent approach towards achieving a realistic target, while leaving plenty of potential for overperformance.
The managers employ a strict asset selection process for all investments made by the fund and will only provide capital to very experienced developers. A strategy of diversification across cities, developers and projects further helps manage risk and minimise risk of loss.

As a fully-regulated investment fund, the fund is subject to independent 3rd party scrutiny by the custodian bank, an external fund manager, an auditor and the regulator – this ensures that the fund will be managed professionally and in full compliance with relevant EU laws.
With a minimum entry level of just £50,000 GBP and a 3-year minimum term, the fund is suitable for smart everyday investors and for experienced professional investors.
